Our Broadway Campus is located at 3435 Broadway, at the corner of Broadway & Armour Blvd. Our school is ideally located in the heart of Midtown — accessible by car, bus, bicycle, or on foot — and strategically situated to link all of the unique, vibrant Midtown neighborhoods.
This campus offers bright, beautiful classrooms with space for large group, small group, partner and individual activities throughout the day. Classrooms have tables and chairs, a large carpet space for class meetings, reading areas, and other “center” areas for manipulative and exploration activities.
Specialty classrooms are located throughout the building, including small group meeting areas, a music room, and a large multi-purpose area that serves as a breakfast and lunch space, indoor movement area, and meeting place for school assemblies. Our visual arts studio is equipped with a kiln for ceramics and other hands-on projects, and our science lab gives students a place for exploration and experimentation. In order to support families, our social worker has a dedicated space that includes a uniform closet, washer/dryer, and food pantry items.
Outside, our campus offers dedicated spaces for free play and exploration. In addition to plenty of room for running and playing, our playground features basketball nets and soccer goals, as well as an outdoor obstacle course that adds challenge and adventure, and the dedicated outdoor classroom allows our classes the opportunity to get some fresh air. We’re continually making improvements to our outdoor spaces to have the greatest impact on our community.

Over the course of the summer, you’ll start to see more transitions to the new name, such as our website, building signage, and uniform info. When we come back together for the first day of the 2026-2027 school year on August 12th, we will do so as Midtown Community School!
